What is your return policy?

    • Returns are not our favorite, but we get it. And more than that, our number one priority is that YOU are happy and satisfied with your experience with Tom & Sheri’s Iron in a Bottle. Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase.
    • **To submit a return / refund request, please email hello@tomandsherisproducts.com Include your name, order number, reason for returning, and current product condition (how much is left, etc) in your email. Considerations largely based on product use. We do not charge restocking fees for refunded returns, however, due to discounted shipment costs at purchase, customers are responsible for return shipment costs.

How do I return my product?

    • Our bottles are like our adult children… we love them, they’re welcome to visit, but it’s less than ideal for them to come live with us again. We hate hearing you’d like to return the product, but we understand everything’s not always for everyone. Returns are considered at hello@tomandsherisproducts.com Please send us your name, order number, reason for returning, and current product condition (how much is left, etc). We do not charge restocking fees for refunded returns, however, due to discounted shipment costs at purchase, customers are responsible for return shipment costs.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

    • We will process your order upon return to the warehouse, which can take up to 3 business days. Refunds are granted post inspection. No restocking fees are charged if refunded.
